My Philosophy

I have built my law practice on the belief that trust is the foundation to forging a long-term business relationship with my clients.  For 34 years, individuals and companies with business and real estate interests in Ohio have put their trust in me to manage the legal aspects of their businesses.  Over the years, I have become the trusted advisor to many of my clients.

I received my law degree from The Ohio State University Moritz College of Law, where I served as one of the editors of the Law Journal.  I began my career at Benesch, a large corporate law firm in Cleveland, Ohio.  I then went on to serve as in-house counsel at Forest City Enterprises, a national real estate development company.  A few years later and at the age of 33, I took a leap of faith when given the opportunity to launch my own law practice.

My clients include start-up companies of all sizes, family-owned businesses, closely-held companies, real estate developers, and owners of commercial real estate.  My passion for work is evident in the personal attention and care I give to each and every client.

How am I different from other law firms?

I provide sophisticated legal representation at reasonable fees. You are not paying for fancy offices or collector’s artwork on the walls.

I have been actively involved in the Greater Cleveland Community in many philanthropic and business-related endeavors including the Inaugural Board of Playhouse Square Partners through Playhouse Square Foundation and the Board of Trustees of WIN Cleveland (Women in Networking for business owners).
